01

The problem

Help people compare medication-access ideas across Wisconsin without hiding the cost, uncertainty, assumptions, or uneven effects from county to county.

02

What exists now

The current design includes a Wisconsin map, controls for trying different policy choices, access and fairness measures, county-by-county comparisons, uncertainty settings, and separate records for observations, assumptions, and calculated results. It is still a concept; I have not verified a public working build.

03

Inside the work

  • A Wisconsin map at the center of every scenario
  • Controls for changing care capacity, delivery, telepharmacy, staffing, and budget
  • Side-by-side comparison of the current system and a proposed change
  • County-level results with uncertainty shown
  • Clear separation between observed data, assumptions, and model results

04

What had to stay true

  • The current screen is a design concept, not a tested policy model
  • Real observations, assumptions, and calculated results must never be mixed together
  • Possible results cannot be presented as clinical advice or proven policy outcomes
