01

The problem

Turn deadlines scattered across PDF and Word syllabuses into one dependable plan without retyping every date or uploading private course files.

02

What exists now

Version 1.0 is a working Windows app. It imports PDF, Word, and calendar files; shows where each date came from and how certain it is; catches duplicates; includes calendar, week, exam, agenda, reminder, and to-do views; exports standard calendar files; and has a compact desktop widget.

03

Inside the work

  • Syllabus reading and saved data that stay on the device
  • A review list showing the source, uncertainty, and possible duplicates
  • Calendar, week planner, exam countdown, agenda, and completed-work tracking
  • Calendar import and export for Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar
  • A Windows desktop app with a compact widget that can stay visible

04

What had to stay true

  • Syllabus files and saved school data stay on the device
  • Uncertain dates and possible duplicates are shown for review before import
  • The desktop widget and the full calendar must always show the same information

ARC is a working desktop app. There is not a public download yet.
